When will my order ship?
In stock orders are usually shipped the next business day, but please allow up to three business days for us to ship your order.
Pre-orders aren't shipped immediately and are subject to our pre-order processing times.
If you have an in-stock item and a pre-order item in your cart, your order will ship once both are in stock. Make sure you check our current pre-order processing times before proceeding.
Can you ship an in-stock item separate from a pre-order item?
If you have placed an order that contains both an in-stock item and a pre-order item, we will wait until all items are in stock before shipping.
We are happy to ship in-stock orders separate from pre-orders, but you will need to place two separate orders as we will be shipping the plush individually (so shipping will need to be paid for both items separately).
To save on shipping, we suggest waiting for pre-orders to be fulfilled so you receive both your in-stock plush and pre-order at the same time.

What should I know if I’m ordering from outside of Australia?
We are not responsible for any taxes or fees incurred once your parcel reaches your country’s border. They must be paid by you once it reaches your country.
If your order is returned to us due to refusal or non-payment of customs duty and/or tax, any related charges will be deducted from the total refund of your order.
