Shipping policy
Please note: your order will ship when all items are available. If you've ordered an in stock item and a pre-order item, your order won't ship until all items are available (read more below).

Within Australia: 3-14 business days (Standard Shipping)
International: 2-4 weeks (Standard Shipping)
Processing Times
In stock items: We want you to receive your new plushie friend as soon as possible, so we aim to ship your order the next business day but please allow up to 3 business days to ship your order. You’ll receive an email with an Australia Post tracking number once we’ve created a shipping label for your order.
Pre-orders aren't shipped immediately and are subject to our pre-order processing times. Please check our pre-order processing times page to learn about our current pre-order batches and how they work.
If you order both an in-stock item and a pre-order item together, your order won’t ship until the pre-ordered plush is available and will be subject to our pre-order processing times. If you wish to have your in-stock item ship as soon as possible, you will need to place a separate order to pay shipping separately. You can also email us to edit an existing order. We just recommend waiting for pre-orders to be processed to save on shipping!
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout and depends on the size, weight, and destination of your order. We ship exclusively with Australia Post from our small business in Tasmania, Australia. All orders include tracking and insurance.
If you place a large order (a large item or large item quantity), we may need to contact you to confirm shipping costs as it will vary depending on your address - if the postage cost is more than what you paid, you can either pay the difference or cancel your order and receive a refund.
Ordering more than one plush and want a cheaper shipping rate? Please don’t hesitate to contact us with your order details and we will see if we can get you a better rate.
Any shipping fees incurred when parcels are shipped internationally (e.g custom duties and taxes) will need to be paid by you at your country’s border as we do not collect this on your behalf. International taxes and/or customs charges are not shown at checkout and are your responsibility to pay when it enters your country.
If your order is returned to us due to refusal or non-payment of customs duty and/or tax, any related charges will be deducted from the total refund of your order. Shipping is non-refundable. Only the cost of the product will be refunded.
Shipping Info
We ship plush in Australia Post satchels. For larger orders, we are likely to ship your new plushie friend in a box. If you would prefer your order to be shipped in a box instead of satchel, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on your location. Please see the official Australia Post website for estimated delivery times. You will be given a tracking number upon dispatch which will include an estimated delivery date. For the fastest delivery, we recommend choosing Express postage at checkout.
Tracking
All orders include Australia Post tracking. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at info@wonderwolfplush.com. We will work with Australia Post to investigate and resolve the issue.
We provide your delivery information to Australia Post exactly as you have provided it to us. We are not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses. Once we have shipped your order, we are unable to alter or re-route it and it is the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
If you wish to return your new plush friend, that’s okay! Please know that return costs are at the expense of the customer, shipping is non-refundable and the item needs to be in new condition, including tags. See our refund policy for more information.
