Products and Pricing

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to update pricing or product availability without prior notice. Prices by default are listed in AUD.

If you place a pre-order with us, you are agreeing to our pre-order policy and pre-order processing times. 

By purchasing from us, you agree to our refund policy.

Payment

We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Afterpay. All payments must be completed at checkout.

Shipping and Delivery

By purchasing from us you are agreeing to our shipping policy. We do not take responsibility for delays caused by postal services or our suppliers.

Taxes and/or custom fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid by you at your country's border. If your order is returned to us due to refusal or non-payment of customs duty and/or tax, any related charges and shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund of your order.

We provide your delivery information to Australia Post exactly as you have provided it to us. We are not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses. Once we have shipped your order, we are unable to alter or re-route it and it is the responsibility of the customer.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website, except as required by Australian law. We accept no responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of product.
