How often do you restock?
Douglas Cuddle Toys are in high demand, so we mostly sell our plush as pre-orders to ensure everyone has the chance to receive the plush they want. If there’s a plush you want, we recommend pre-ordering. ♡
Any plush that we have left over from a pre-order batch will be restocked on our website shortly after the pre-order batch is fulfilled. Our restocks align with our pre-order processing times.
When pre-orders are submitted to Douglas Cuddle Toys, we occasionally order extras to restock with. These can pre-sell out through pre-orders, so we recommend pre-ordering if you don't want to miss out.
When we have a date for restock, we add a countdown banner on our website and announce it on TikTok and Instagram!

Wonder Wolf Plush is run from my home in Tasmania, Australia.
Tasmania (also known as Tassie), is an island state of Australia located south of the mainland. 🌏
Who? It's just one person behind Wonder Wolf Plush - me! My name is Ebony and I created Wonder Wolf Plush in September 2024 and officially launched in February 2025.
I started collecting Douglas Cuddle Toys early 2024 and love whimsical and wonderful things. You can learn more about my childhood wolf plush who inspired the creation of Wonder Wolf Plush here: about. 🥰
I'm picky about plush faces! Can I pick the exact plush you send?
Totally! We take photos of every single plush we have in stock and upload them to our website so you can view them and pick your favourite. We call this the Pick Your Plush experience, learn more about it here: Pick Your Plush
You don't have the DOUGLAS plush I'm looking for, can you help?
Absolutely! We can stock all current Douglas Cuddle Toys plush. If the plush you're looking for isn't on our website, please submit a plush request and we'll list it on our website for pre-order.
Please note: we cannot stock plush that are retired as DOUGLAS no longer manufacture them.
Why are Douglas Cuddle Toys so expensive?
Douglas Cuddle Toys are high-quality, cuddly and unique. It's expensive for us to import Douglas Cuddle Toys from the USA into Australia so our prices reflect that extra import cost. We endeavour to keep our prices as low as possible because we want everyone to have access to Douglas Cuddle Toys. ❤️
For example, Chase Border Collie on the official DOUGLAS website is $30.95 USD which roughly converts to $48 AUD and £23 GBP. After including the cost to import into Australia and the expenses that come with running a business, we sell Chase Border Collie for $63 AUD which roughly converts to $46 USD and £32 GBP.

Our plushies come with a ribbon and pendant only if you use the Pick Your Plush experience. The pendants are used to identify the plushies - learn more on our Pick Your Plush page!
Where do you get your Douglas Cuddle Toys from?
We are an offical Douglas Cuddle Toys stockist. We get them directly from DOUGLAS in the USA.
Douglas Cuddle Toys design their plush in New Hampshire USA and manufacture their plush in Indonesia and China.
What are DOUGLAS plush made of?
Most DOUGLAS plush contain polyester, plastic pellets and polyurethane foam. Check the tag of your plush to find its contents.

What countries do you ship to?
We're based in Australia and ship worldwide with a few exceptions! Please visit our international shipping page to learn more.
Our top five most popular international shipping locations are:

How long does shipping take?
It usually takes Australia Post 1-2 weeks to deliver to those within Australia and 2-4 weeks for those internationally (depending on the speed of your country's customs).
Why is shipping so expensive?
The amount you pay for shipping is how much it costs us to pay Australia Post to ship it to you and covers the supplies we have used to pack your order. ❤️

We don't hide any shipping costs in the price of our products (to give the illusion of cheaper shipping) as we want to keep our products as accessible as possible. It wouldn't be fair to add shipping costs into the price of our products because shipping costs vary depending on your country.
If you're placing an order for more than one plush we may be able to offer a cheaper shipping rate so please feel free to reach out!

If you have placed a pre-order, you can check the latest updates regarding your pre-order batch on our pre-order processing times page.
If you placed an order for an in stock item, we aim to ship it in 1-3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive an email with an Australia Post tracking number.

I've placed more than one order, can you ship them together?
Absolutely! We are likely to notice if you've placed two orders and will ship them together for you if they're both in stock at the same time.
Feel free to contact us if you want to make sure your two orders are combined.

What is a pre-order?
A pre-order is an order for a product that we do not currently have in stock, but allows you to reserve and pay for the item in advance.
Pre-ordering secures your spot in our next bulk order with Douglas Cuddle Toys. We include the plush you've pre-ordered in our bulk order with DOUGLAS, so it's reserved and will be sent to you once we receive our bulk order.
Why pre-order?
Douglas Cuddle Toys are in high demand, so we mostly sell our plush as pre-orders to ensure everyone has the chance to receive the plush they want.
We recommend pre-ordering to secure your spot in our bulk order with DOUGLAS. Learn more about pre-ordering by reading our Pre-Order Policy and Information page.
Can I change my order once I've placed it?
If we haven't fulfilled your order, you still have time to change it.
If you have received an email that we have shipped your order, we can no longer change it.
If we haven’t shipped your order yet and you want to change your delivery address or swap/remove an item, please email us and we will help!
I've placed a pre-order after the cut-off date, is there a chance I may receive it early?
Only if we have ordered extra plush in the previous pre-order batch. Your pre-order may have reserved one of the extra plush and you will receive it earlier than expected. See example scenario below.
We don't recommend relying on this because we don't always have extras available and customers in the active pre-order batch take priority. Please rely on the given pre-order processing times provided.

Example:
Max has placed a pre-order for Chase Border Collie after the Batch 2 cut-off date. This means their pre-order will be included in Batch 3.
Wonder Wolf Plush have ordered extra Chase Border Collies to restock on their website following Batch 2. This means Max's pre-order has reserved* a Chase Border Collie from Batch 2 instead of waiting for Batch 3. They are likely to receive their pre-order earlier than expected.
*Batch 2 customers take priority so Max's reservation isn't guaranteed and Wonder Wolf Plush cannot confirm this until Max's pre-order has shipped.

If you placed an order for an in stock item, will aim to ship it in 1-3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive an email with an AusPost tracking number.

Can I see my order being packed in a video?
Yes - but I only record packing videos during restocks and when I’m packing pre-orders.
To guarantee your order will be included in a packing video, make a comment in the special order instructions at checkout asking to show your order in a video and confirm whether your not you’d like me to show your first name so you know the order I’m packing belongs to you. You can also contact us via email or social media with your order number and I’ll make sure I pack it on video. ❤️
