How We Ship

Learn about how we ship your new plushie friend to you. ♡

  • We ship exclusively with Australia Post and offer both regular and express shipping.

    All orders include a tracking number which you will receive once your order has been packed!

  • We ship our plush in satchels and make sure they're tucked in well to ensure shipping is as economical as possible for you.

    Large orders will be shipped in a box and will be tucked in tight when necessary for a safe journey home!

When your new plushie arrives, they may look a little squished and their fur a little flattened. This is caused by their journey to you, but don't worry, it’s easily fixed!

Restore their fluffiness and shape by giving them a vigorous shake, gently brushing their fur (we like to use a slicker brush, but any brush will work) and massaging their ears to straighten them.

Sharing lots of love and cuddles will also help them return to their natural shape. ♡

Your order will come with a Thank You card that we write your name on (the name used to place the order). If you’d like us to write a different name on the card, please mention it in your order special instructions.
