How We Ship

  • We ship exclusively with Australia Post and we offer both regular and express shipping.

    Orders are usually shipped the next business day, but please allow up to three business days for us to ship your order.

  • We primarily ship our plush in satchels and make sure they're tucked in well to ensure shipping is as economical as possible for you.

    Large orders will be shipped in a box, and will be tucked in tight when necessary for a safe journey home!

  • All orders are insured and include tracking via AusPost. International orders include signature on delivery to ensure your new plushie friend arrives in your hands safely.

When your new plushie arrives, they may have travel fur which is a temporary flattening of fur caused by the journey to you, but don't worry, it’s easily fixed:

Restore their fluffiness by giving them a vigorous shake or gently brushing their fur (we like to use a slicker brush, but any brush will work!)

Sharing lots of love and cuddles together will also help fix any travel fur 🤍
