By placing a pre-order, you understand and agree to our pre-order policy and processing times.

At Wonder Wolf Plush, we know how difficult it can be to find Douglas Cuddle Toys outside of the USA. That’s why we offer pre-orders: to help you find the exact plushie you want.

How Pre-Orders Work

  1. Place Your Pre-Order:
    Browse our range of Douglas Cuddle Toys and pre-order the plush you’d like. Pre-ordering secures your spot in our next bulk order with Douglas Cuddle Toys. We include the plush you've pre-ordered in our order with DOUGLAS, so it's reserved and will be sent to you once we receive our bulk order.
  2. Batches
    We process pre-orders with DOUGLAS in batches. Processing pre-orders in batches helps us avoid excessive shipping and import fees, which would otherwise increase our plushie prices. To find out when we will be placing our next bulk order with DOUGLAS, please refer to our pre-order processing times.
  3. Delivery Timeframes:
    Once we have submitted pre-orders with DOUGLAS, it typically takes between 3 to 5 weeks* for our shipment to arrive in Australia. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way on our pre-order processing times page and notify you when your plushie is on its way to you!

 

Why Pre-Order?

  • Hard to Find Plushies: Douglas Cuddle Toys can be difficult to find outside of the USA, and pre-ordering helps you find your dream plush.
  • Affordable Pricing: By grouping orders and processing them in batches, we reduce shipping costs and in turn, it reduces the cost of the plush for you.
  • Sustainable Stocking: Pre-orders allow us to determine the interest for particular plushies, so we don't over-stock on plushies that don't have a lot of interest.

 

Important Information

Shortages: Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that Douglas Cuddle Toys will have enough stock available for us to fulfil your pre-order (i.e. they may be out of stock and need to manufacture more). 

If DOUGLAS are out of stock of a product you've pre-ordered and we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you and you can choose to either:

  1. Wait and be included in our next pre-order batch
  2. Cancel your pre-order and receive a full refund 
  3. Swap your pre-ordered plush for a different one (which you can pick from the restock following the pre-order batch)

Longer Wait Times: You pre-order won’t be shipped immediately as it relies on our bulk order with DOUGLAS. Sometimes Douglas Cuddle Toys may take longer than usual to pack and ship our bulk order, this delay is out of our control and relies on the DOUGLAS shipping department. If there are delays, we will let you know on our pre-order processing times page.

Updates: We keep our Pre-Order Processing Times page the most reliable source of information about pre-orders, check there for updates! We will notify you via email when your order has been dispatched. You can also check our socials for general shop updates. 

Ordering both an in-stock item AND a pre-order item together: Your order will be dispatched once all items are available and in stock. This means, if you order an in-stock item and a pre-order item, you won't receive the in-stock item until we also have your pre-order (see our processing times). We recommend ordering in-stock items separate from pre-order items if you wish to receive the in-stock item as soon as possible.

 

Refund Policy for Pre-Orders

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your pre-order, we offer full refunds as long as we haven’t submitted your pre-order with DOUGLAS. Find the current cut-off date here. Please contact us to cancel and refund your order.

Your pre-order is final only when your pre-order has been processed with Douglas Cuddle Toys. It cannot be refunded unless the plush is unavailable/out of stock, faulty upon arrival, or if you change your mind seven days after receiving the item. 

 

Plush Request Form (to pre-order)

We are always looking to expand our Douglas Cuddle Toy range! If you cannot find a specific Douglas plush on our website, please submit a plush request form and if eligible, we will list the plush on our website as available to pre-order. There isn't any expectation for you to proceed with pre-ordering the plush as the form is only a request.
