How to Cancel or Edit Your Order
Follow the steps below to cancel or edit your order. We currently offer the option for you to update your address, contact information, cancel, change shipping method and add/edit order note. 🐾

1. Visit Your Account Page
Click the user icon in the top right hand corner (desktop) or pressing the menu in the top left and log in (mobile).

2. Sign in to your account
Sign in using the email you used to place your order.

3. Select your order and choose your option
Select which order you wish to edit as it will take you to your order page. Choose from the options provided to cancel or edit your order.
